Visiting Lecturer - Michael Bennett aka Henry Pulp

Today we had a lecture given by Michael Bennett, also know as Henry Pulp who is an artist, designer and musician. He explained his journey with his band and how he used his owns logo designs to promote his band. His first brand was called milk and he designed the logo himself which he now has tattooed on his neck. He spoke with such passion and enthusiasm it was contagious and made me feel very excited about my future in art. He also explained how he joined a group of artists and designers to share a studio in Liverpool to save money which sounds like a good idea and something that I will consider after graduating. He now has a new band called Shy Billy which he has been lucky enough to have toured Japan with.
